We findvariances.

MarginMine reconstructs operating costs from invoices, contracts and real events. The result is a clear view of what does not match, and the evidence behind it.

Every line gets a calculation path.

Parcel Audit links each invoice line to the shipment event and the rate rule that applied. It then recalculates the expected charge and stores the comparison as evidence.

Reconstructed calculation path

Three sources meet in one calculation.

Invoice, operational event and agreement are tied to the same shipment key.

READY

Three fixed principles.

01
Source-linkedEvery finding points back to the record it came from.
02
DeterministicThe same inputs produce the same expected charge.
03
Evidence-readyEvery finding is handed over with its rule and recalculation.

Lines auditedIllustrative data

One product. One cost type. Audited to the source.

MarginMine is run from Hannover by Elias Aral. Parcel Audit is the product it operates today: carrier invoices compared line by line with shipment records and the rate version that applied on the service date.

A first scan shows which lines do not match the contract.

Scope, success definition and fee basis are agreed in writing before every pilot. A success fee applies only to carrier credits that were actually issued.
